Advanced Application Support Engineer - ธนาคารกสิกรไทย

You will be responsible for resolving IT application-related incidents, service requests, and problems in a timely and efficient manner that aligns with business requirements. You will employ appropriate application maintenance, support, and incident management processes to investigate and resolve issues while coordinating with cross-functional teams to handle complex application and system problems. Additionally, you will design and maintain expertise in application processes and systems, supervise alerts related to application and system procedures, and provide proactive services to ensure system stability and performance.

• Resolve IT application-related incidents, service requests, and problems in a timely and efficient manner.
• Employ application maintenance, support, and incident management processes to investigate and resolve issues.
• Coordinate with teams to resolve complex application and system issues.
• Design and maintain expertise in application process flows and systems.
• Supervise alerts related to application and system procedures and provide proactive services.

• At least 2 years of experience in JAVA software development or other programming languages.
• Bachelor Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
• Experience with web application development, Unix environments, mobile application development, information retrieval, networking, large-scale software systems, version control systems, or security software development.
• Strong teamwork and open communication skills.
