Consumables Control Supervisor - Shopee

This role focuses on the end-to-end management of warehouse consumables, covering receiving, storage, issuance, and inventory control. The position requires standardizing inbound and outbound operations to ensure efficient material handling and accurate system data synchronization. You will support the outbound team's daily material collection while maintaining strict consistency between physical stock and digital records.

Key responsibilities include managing the full lifecycle of consumables, from supplier receiving and quantity verification to daily issuance for outbound operations. You will conduct regular inventory counts to identify discrepancies and maintain precise system data. The role demands a hands-on approach to warehouse operations, including guiding drivers and ensuring compliance with safety and storage standards.

• Manage the complete lifecycle of consumables, including receiving, storage, issuance, and inventory control
• Standardize inbound and outbound operations to ensure compliant and efficient warehouse processes
• Verify physical inventory against system data during monthly counts and correct any discrepancies
• Operate and update the consumable management system with accurate receiving, collection, and inventory records
• Guide suppliers and drivers to ensure materials are placed correctly and off-shelf operations are completed accurately

• Vocational Certificate or higher in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of work experience, preferably in logistics or warehouse operations
• Must be under 40 years old
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with ERP and WMS systems is preferred
• Ability to work overtime as required by business operations
• Ability to operate a manual forklift; relevant warehouse experience is preferred

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management
• Proactive approach to identifying process improvements
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment
