Senior Business Analyst - KBank

You will serve as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating complex business needs into clear functional specifications and system designs. Your role involves conducting feasibility studies and gap analyses to ensure proposed solutions align with strategic business goals. You will lead the end-to-end requirement gathering process, ensuring that business processes are optimized and documented accurately. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with delivery and project management teams to maintain project momentum and deliver high-quality fintech solutions.

This position requires a deep understanding of the credit card domain to effectively analyze business logic and system flows. You will be responsible for managing the conceptualization and rationalization of business initiatives, evaluating cost-benefit and fit-gap scenarios. By establishing robust business processes and prioritizing requirements, you will ensure that the final product meets both user expectations and regulatory standards. Your proactive approach will help identify potential risks early and drive practical, innovative solutions.

• Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and stakeholders to prepare functional specifications, application flows, and business logic.
• Analyze business requirements and conduct feasibility studies, cost-benefit analysis, and fit-gap analysis.
• Develop detailed plans for the requirement analysis and design phases.
• Establish and optimize end-to-end business processes, ensuring requirements are prioritized and confirmed.
• Coordinate with delivery and project management teams to support project execution.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or System Analyst.
• Proven domain expertise in the Credit Card industry.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly understand complex business systems and provide appropriate solutions.
