Business Product Manager - Shopee

This role focuses on developing and driving product features that fuel the impactful growth of Shopee Business (FBS & SBS) at a regional level. You will analyze and evaluate business requirements to plan and prioritize feature pipelines, leading discussions to understand business needs and define suitable flows and UX/UI. The position involves overseeing the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from planning and researching to designing, developing, implementing, UAT, rollout, and post-analysis.

You will conduct market research to evaluate competitor offerings, tech platform features, and potential partner products for future expansion. Working closely with both product and business teams, you will identify growth opportunities and solve operational problems resourcefully. Additionally, you will define and manage product metrics and KPIs to measure business impact post-rollout, while troubleshooting, monitoring, and reporting back to regional product teams.

• Lead discussions to understand business needs and define suitable flows and UX/UI.
• Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, including planning, researching, designing, developing, implementing, UAT, rollout, and post-analysis.
• Conduct market research to evaluate competitor offerings, tech platform features, and potential partner products.
• Work closely with product and business teams to identify growth opportunities and solve operational problems.
• Define and manage product metrics and KPIs to measure business impact post-rollout.
• Troubleshoot, monitor, and report back to regional product teams while prioritizing enhancement requests.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, operations improvement, strategy, transformation, or project management.
• Excellent stakeholder management, influence, and communication skills (verbal and written) across diverse audiences.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to evaluate feasibility, ROI, and strategic alignment.
• Strong structured thinking and problem-solving capability.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently.

• Experience in e-commerce or fintech industries.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools to derive actionable insights.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
