Store Sales & Operations Associate - Central Pattana

This role focuses on managing daily store operations and driving sales performance within a specific area of responsibility. You will be responsible for executing store activities that directly support gross sales targets. The position requires direct customer interaction to sell products and provide expert advice, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting organizational goals. You will also handle payment services and perform other assigned operational tasks to maintain smooth store functioning.

• Operate day-to-day store activities in assigned areas to support store sales effectively
• Sell products directly in the store, including specific and technical items, to increase sales volume
• Recommend products and provide professional advice to customers to meet their expectations
• Provide payment services in the store to support operations and satisfy customer needs
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned by management

• Possess a compulsory education certificate or higher
• Demonstrate a good personality and professional demeanor
• Exhibit a strong service mindset and excellent manners
• Possess effective communication skills

• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred
