Logistics Operations Specialist - Shopee

This role focuses on maintaining order management operations by monitoring stuck orders that impact order status and cash flow. The specialist will reduce buyer contacts and resolve over-SLA orders to ensure a smooth customer experience. Additionally, the role involves investigating and resolving logistics system issues and operational tickets raised by cross-functional stakeholders including Customer Service, Risk & Reconciliation, Food, and Warehousing teams to ensure stable logistics operations. The position also requires maintaining and configuring logistics system settings based on requirements from internal and external stakeholders to streamline processes and support stable operations.

• Monitor and manage order status to reduce buyer contacts and resolve over-SLA orders impacting cash flow
• Investigate and resolve logistics system issues and operational tickets raised by cross-functional stakeholders
• Maintain and configure logistics system settings to support stable operations and streamline processes

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Logistics Operations, E-commerce Fulfillment, or Operations Support
• Skilled in managing complex and high-stakes customer cases involving Shopee buyers, sellers, and users
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills with the ability to manage critical situations effectively
• Excellent coordination and communication skills across teams and with stakeholders

• Experience with logistics or e-commerce operations in a high-volume environment
• Familiarity with Shopee ecosystem and marketplace operations
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
