IT Solution Engineer - Lineman Wongnai

This role reimagines traditional IT operations by positioning you as the team's core builder and creator of efficiency tools. You will leverage deep technical expertise, scripting mastery, and modern AI/GenAI applications to design and enhance Modern Device Management while developing automation across our entire SaaS and Enterprise Software ecosystem. You will lead the administration of Unified Endpoint Management (UEM/MDM) platforms to ensure all laptops and mobile devices are strictly hardened against threats. You will continuously build, update, monitor, and troubleshoot device configurations while defining and enforcing robust security baselines to achieve 100% compliance. Additionally, you will design and maintain automation scripts and internal bots to eliminate manual IT and cross-team workflows, ensuring seamless integration of core work platforms with internal tools for real-time data sync.

• Lead the administration of Unified Endpoint Management (UEM/MDM) platforms to ensure all laptops and mobile devices are strictly hardened against threats.
• Continuously build, update, monitor, and troubleshoot device configurations to align with business requirements and company policies.
• Define and enforce robust security baselines, including Disk Encryption, Password Complexity, and OS Patch Management.
• Configure automated security workflows to instantly detect, alert, and isolate non-compliant or compromised endpoints.
• Maintain comprehensive "Security & Admin Guides" documenting configuration baselines, automation workflows, SOP, and incident response procedures.
• Design, build, and maintain automation scripts and internal bots to eliminate manual IT and cross-team workflows.
• Develop custom API connectors and Webhooks to seamlessly integrate core work platforms with internal tools for real-time data sync.
• Perform rigorous testing in sandbox environments to ensure automations operate smoothly without disrupting live operations.
• Analyze and resolve complex technical glitches related to API integrations and scripts.
• Continuously monitor the health, speed, and efficiency of internal scripts, bots, and integration pipelines.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 1-3 years of experience in Software Development, Systems Engineering, IT Automation, or Enterprise Application Integration.
• Strong hands-on coding skills in Python, Google Apps Script, or PowerShell, along with SQL fundamentals.
• Expertise in REST APIs, Webhooks, OAuth 2.0, and safe credential handling/secret management.
• Hands-on experience administering at least one major UEM/MDM solution (e.g., Jamf, Kandji, Microsoft Intune, Workspace ONE).
• Strong administrative and integration experience with Okta (or similar IdP), Google Workspace, Slack, and Enterprise Platforms.
• Exceptional task prioritization and time management skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

• Strong passion, curiosity, and eagerness to learn and apply emerging technologies (e.g., AI/GenAI tools like Gemini Enterprise, Claude, LLMs) to business needs.
• Strong analytical skills with a passion for identifying operational bottlenecks and building internal tools to solve them at scale.
• Ability to balance strict security enforcement and endpoint hardening with a smooth, seamless end-user experience across the organization.
