OutSystems Developer - SimplifyNext

SimplifyNext is a digital engineering firm specializing in agentic AI, application modernization, and intelligent automation. The OutSystems Developer will design and build enterprise-grade applications on OutSystems O11, including Reactive Web and Mobile solutions. Responsibilities include translating business requirements into technical designs, implementing integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, and contributing to CI/CD pipelines. The role also involves collaborating with the AI and automation practice to deliver AI-augmented workflows. Key qualifications include 7+ years of development experience with at least 4 years in OutSystems, solid understanding of application architecture, and Agile/Scrum experience.

Design and build enterprise-grade applications on OutSystems O11, including Reactive Web and Mobile solutions

Translate business and functional requirements into robust technical designs

Implement integrations with enterprise platforms using REST/SOAP APIs and event-driven patterns

Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and application lifecycle management

Collaborate with AI and automation practice to design AI-augmented workflows

Optimize application performance and uphold coding standards and security best practices

7+ years of development experience with at least 4 years in OutSystems development

Solid understanding of application architecture, modular design, and performance optimization

Agile/Scrum delivery experience

OutSystems Professional or Expert Developer Certification (preferred)

Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS is a plus
