F&A IT Support Specialist - Central Group

This role focuses on coding, testing, and supporting programs within the Financial and Accounting (F&A) domain. You will collaborate with clients to analyze requirements and design technical specifications. The position involves gathering user needs through interviews and workshops to ensure solutions meet business objectives. You will also document requirements and test modules to resolve application issues or determine necessary customizations.

• Code, test, and support programs to ensure system stability
• Coordinate with clients to analyze user requirements and perform program and database design
• Gather requirements through interviews, document analysis, and business process descriptions
• Document user requirements and test issues in respective modules to resolve application problems

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related field
• 3 years of experience in program development using Oracle tools for Oracle Applications customizations
• Hands-on programming experience with proven knowledge of Financial or Accounting systems
• Knowledge of Financial modules including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), and General Ledger (GL)
• Experience as a team member in an Oracle Implementation project
• Excellent command of the English language
