F&A System Support Team Leader - กลุ่มเซ็นทรัล

This role involves leading a team dedicated to the support and maintenance of Finance and Accounting systems. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of financial applications, managing system incidents, and overseeing the daily activities of support staff. The position requires a proactive approach to system optimization and the ability to resolve complex technical issues that impact financial reporting and operations. You will also play a key role in bridging the gap between technical teams and business users to ensure system requirements are met effectively.

As a Team Leader, you will drive process improvements and implement best practices for system support. This includes monitoring system performance, conducting root cause analysis for recurring issues, and developing documentation for standard operating procedures. You will mentor team members, provide technical guidance, and foster a collaborative environment that prioritizes accuracy and efficiency in financial data management. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining high service levels and supporting the organization's financial objectives.

• Lead and supervise a team of system support specialists to ensure high-quality service delivery
• Monitor system performance and resolve critical incidents affecting financial operations
• Conduct root cause analysis for recurring system issues and implement preventive measures
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and technical documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement system changes
• Mentor team members, provide technical training, and conduct performance reviews
• Coordinate with vendors and IT departments for system upgrades and maintenance

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Finance and Accounting system support
• Proven experience in a team leadership or supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of SAP modules (e.g., FI, CO, MM, SD) or other ERP systems
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines during month-end and year-end closing

• Professional certification in SAP (e.g., SAP FI/CO Consultant)
• Experience with financial reporting tools and data analysis
• Project management experience
• Fluency in both English and Thai
