Network Planning Lead (SPX Express) - Operations - Bangkok - ช้อปปี้

This role involves leading a team to develop frameworks for analyzing and optimizing the SPX network across all miles regarding cost, speed, and capacity. The position requires designing end-to-end order flows to support growth and SLA improvements. Responsibilities include configuring the SPX network in-house systems, proposing solutions for middle-mile routing, and troubleshooting operational issues. The role also requires coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to align on business directions and serving as a SWAT team during critical network configuration moments. Candidates must have a Bachelor or Master degree, preferably in Logistics Engineering or Supply Chain Management, and at least 5-7 years of experience in operations strategy or business development. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong leadership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Lead team to develop framework to conduct analysis and initiate new ideas to optimize SPX network across all miles on cost, speed and capacity

Design end-to-end order flow to facilitate growth, cost optimization and SLA improvement initiatives

Responsible for SPX network configuration in in-house system to setup and revise middle-mile routing and sorting plan

Work closely with operations and local product to troubleshoot operational issues related to order path and network routing

Coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders to propose, align and finalize key business direction

Bachelor or Master Degree in any fields - bachelor in Logistic engineering, Logistics Supply Chains Management

At least 5-7 years of experience in operations strategy, business development, logistics is a plus

Hands-on experience in express delivery industry is an advantage

Proven leadership abilities and strong people management skills

Excellent analytical thinking with a proactive approach to initiating solutions
