Tenant Relations Team Leader - Central Pattana

This role involves overseeing tenant relations operations to drive retail revenue and profitability. You will serve as the primary point of contact for retailers, managing daily interactions and ensuring alignment with property management strategies. The position requires building strong partnerships with tenants to support their business goals and operational success.

You will provide expert advice on retail concepts, merchandising, and service standards to enhance the tenant experience. Additionally, you will analyze tenant satisfaction surveys to identify improvement opportunities and guide the performance of tenant relation officers. This is a leadership role focused on fostering a collaborative environment that supports both tenant growth and operational excellence.

• Serve as the primary liaison between tenants and the tenant relations team to manage daily retailer interactions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants to ensure effective support and alignment with business objectives.
• Provide critical operational information to tenants to uphold product and service standards.
• Advise tenants on shop concepts, visual merchandising, and selling strategies to optimize performance.
• Analyze tenant satisfaction survey data to identify operational improvements and support tenant needs.
• Mentor and guide tenant relation officers to ensure high performance and prepare them for future promotions.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business Administration, Property Management, or Retail Management.
• Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant work experience, including 0-3 years of team management experience.
• Strong understanding of business administration principles and property management practices.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proven ability to build and maintain positive human relations.
• Proficiency in using office software and computer applications.
• Strong coordination skills to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously.

• Experience in retail management or commercial real estate.
• Knowledge of retail trends and consumer behavior.
• Ability to resolve conflicts and negotiate solutions effectively.
• Fluency in English and Thai.
