Interior Design Service Specialist - IKEA Thailand

You will join a full-service Planning Studio dedicated to helping customers realize their dream homes. Your role involves transforming customer needs and aspirations into smart, relevant home solutions. You will work to secure a convenient and high-quality customer experience from start to finish.

Your daily work focuses on creating standardized interior designs and providing tailored decoration proposals across various product categories. You will compile and visualize home furnishing offers using global tools and best practices to maximize sales opportunities. You will also play a key role in transferring IKEA product knowledge to colleagues and customers.

• Support the development of standardized interior designs to serve as a base for client recommendations.
• Provide interior decoration proposals across all focus verticals to maximize sales through comprehensive solutions.
• Respond to customer requests and deliver timely, tailored proposals based on templated design solutions.
• Compile and visualize home furnishing offers organized by style groups using templated alternatives.
• Ensure high quality, simplicity, and efficiency in planning range presentation solutions using global tools.
• Transfer home furnishing knowledge effectively to colleagues and customers.

• Excellent conceptual and creative understanding of the IKEA product range.
• Ability to combine products into coherent offers and communicate IKEA concepts clearly.
• Strong sense of customer service and a positive, trustworthy personality.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a commercially creative mindset.
• Self-reliant with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Passion to serve customers using knowledge of IKEA services including measuring, assembly, installation, transport, and finance.
• Flexible and adaptable to changes in the work environment.

• Experience and knowledge of Interior Design principles.
• Proficiency with SketchUp software.
