Outbound Lead, Wangnoi - Operations

The role manages outbound operations and staffing for a B2C fulfillment operation in Wangnoi, Bangkok. Responsibilities include meeting delivery departure schedules, controlling overtime, wages and shrink, ensuring shipment accuracy and compliance with standard operating and security procedures, and improving productivity and performance through data analysis.

The lead plans shifts and staffing, manages material-handling equipment, and supports campaigns and SLA requirements. The position also coaches and develops team members, evaluates performance, handles personnel matters, maintains work records, and collaborates with the WMS team and other managers.

Manage outbound operations, staffing, delivery departure schedules, and operational costs.

Ensure outbound shipments are accurate, undamaged, and compliant with SOP and security policies.

Analyze data to improve productivity, performance, and reduce CPO.

Plan shifts and manpower, including staffing for campaigns and SLA requirements.

Coach, train, evaluate, and develop team members while collaborating with WMS and other managers.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in logistics management, supply chain, or a related field.

At least 5 years of progressive experience managing a B2C fulfillment operation; e-commerce experience is highly preferred.

Strong experience in outbound operations and strong knowledge of WMS systems.

Excellent written and oral English communication skills.

Strong analysis, attention to detail, accuracy, interpersonal, communication, and team-player skills; proficient in Microsoft Excel.
