Return Frontline Team Lead - Operations

The Return Frontline Team Lead - Operations oversees end-to-end returns processing at a Shopee warehouse in Bangkok, managing daily productivity targets, queue management, and team efficiency. Responsibilities include enforcing quality standards, identifying and resolving operational bottlenecks, coordinating cross-functional workflows across the warehouse, ensuring policy compliance, and preparing management reports. The role also supports special projects and provides flexible assistance to warehouse leadership as needed.

The position requires a bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, or a related field, at least two years of warehouse experience (e-commerce or large online warehouse experience preferred), English communication skills, and strong Microsoft Excel proficiency. Candidates must be willing to work shifts and holidays, and demonstrate problem-solving, conflict management, and strong teamwork abilities.

Oversee end-to-end returns processing and manage daily productivity targets and queue flow

Enforce quality standards and analyze operational bottlenecks to prevent recurring issues

Coordinate with other departments across the warehouse to streamline returns workflows

Ensure team compliance with company policies and prepare management reports on progress and KPIs

Support special projects and provide flexible assistance to warehouse leadership as required

Bachelor's degree or higher in logistics, supply chain, or a related field

At least 2 years of warehouse experience; e-commerce or large online warehouse experience is a plus

Able to communicate in English for coordination and system data handover

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, stock data filtering, and numerical summaries

Willing to work shifts and assist on holidays as required by warehouse operations
