Platform Operations, Specialist

Platform Operations Specialist role at AIA Thailand based in Bangkok. The position is responsible for developing IT architecture solutions across integrated processes, applications, data, and technology to meet business needs. Duties include technical planning, architecture development, specification modification, and assessing compatibility and integration of proposed IT products and standards. Perform technical planning, architecture development and modification of specifications

Develop specifications for new information technology products, applications and system service offerings

Assess the compatibility and integration of IT products and services proposed as standards to ensure an integrated architecture across interdependent technologies

Explore opportunities to improve workflow and build a healthy environment

Responsible for other related tasks as assigned to align with business policy and long-term growth
