Channel Operations Spec

Medtronic is hiring a Channel Operations Spec (Technical Service Channel Specialist) based in Bangkok, Thailand, on a full-time basis. The role supports service channel operations across SEA/APAC, coordinating with service providers and channel partners, managing installation base data, supporting process training, and ensuring accurate documentation and reporting. The position acts as a liaison between Medtronic, service providers, and channel partners to ensure consistent service delivery and governance.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field, plus 3+ years of experience in channel, service, or commercial operations or vendor management. Candidates need advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, strong analytical and stakeholder management abilities, and the capacity to work independently in a regional, cross-functional environment. Experience with Power BI, SAP, or healthcare/medical devices is preferred.

Coordinate with service providers, channel partners, and internal stakeholders to support service channel operations across SEA/APAC

Manage backend documentation, trackers, reports, and process records with accuracy and timeliness

Support onboarding, renewals, and operational alignment with service providers and channel partners

Conduct and support process training for internal teams, service providers, and channel partners

Prepare reports and presentations using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reviews and leadership discussions

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or related fields

3+ years of experience in Channel Operations, Service Operations, Commercial Operations, Vendor Management, or related functions

Experience working with service providers, vendors, distributors, or channel partners

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
