Asia AZpire Graduate Program - Thailand

AstraZeneca's Asia AZpire Graduate Program is a three-year accelerated development journey for recent MBA graduates based in Bangkok, Thailand. Participants gain hands-on experience through cross-functional rotations across areas such as AI & Digital Excellence, Business Intelligence, Sales, Marketing, Medical, and Market Access, with assignments varying by market and business needs.

Candidates should be recent MBA graduates with a science-based educational background and ideally 1-5 years of professional experience, demonstrating leadership potential, learning agility, and openness to functional and field rotations. The program builds commercial and strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration, with onboarding between January and March 2027.
