Team Lead, Operations Processing

The Team Lead, Operations Processing supports AIG’s Operations function by driving process improvements, serving as a subject matter expert for policy servicing, and coordinating changes to processes, systems, and services. The role also prepares operational reports, manages SOP governance, and reviews outsourced providers and third-party vendors.

The successful candidate should have 5–7 years of experience in insurance operations, policy servicing, or underwriting support, particularly in Accident & Health and Motor Insurance. The posting also calls for operational excellence, project execution, analytical and communication skills, change-management experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, and good spoken and written Thai and English.

• Drive operational improvement initiatives across processes, services, and systems.

• Serve as a subject matter expert for policy servicing processes.

• Prepare and analyze operational KPIs, management reports, and performance metrics.

• Manage the review, communication, and governance of Standard Operating Procedures.

• Conduct reviews and audits of outsourced service providers and third-party vendors.

• 5-7 years of relevant insurance operations, policy servicing, or underwriting support experience.

• Experience with operational excellence, process improvement, project management, and project execution.

• Strong understanding of insurance operations, policy servicing, and customer experience management.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Good command of spoken and written Thai and English.
