This role focuses on implementing and optimizing SAP Warehouse Management and Material Management modules within a large-scale enterprise environment. The position requires a deep understanding of supply chain processes and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP systems with other enterprise applications. The role involves end-to-end project management from requirements gathering to system testing and user training.

You will design, configure, and test SAP MM roles and authorizations across various SAP modules and platforms including S/4HANA, Fiori, and GTS. You will implement and support SAP MM solutions while ensuring strict compliance with internal and external policies. The role involves providing technical support and troubleshooting for SAP MM or EWM issues to ensure timely resolution. You will also develop and maintain comprehensive documentation including policies, procedures, and training materials. Collaboration with business analysts and project managers is essential to deliver optimal solutions that meet business requirements. Additionally, you will stay current with SAP trends and best practices to share valuable insights with the team and clients.

You will provide Level 2 and Level 3 Application Managed Services (AMS) support, handling escalated production incidents and performing in-depth troubleshooting to ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs). You will lead problem management initiatives to identify root causes and implement permanent fixes, while also participating in Continuous Improvement projects to enhance organizational processes. Additionally, you will support the delivery of SAP MM/ EWM solutions, assist in solution design for medium to complex enhancements, and contribute to business development efforts by preparing proposals and presentations. You will also be responsible for maintaining comprehensive documentation and adhering to firm standards and client IT policies. As a leader within the team, you will mentor Analyst and Consultant level members, fostering a collaborative environment that drives positive outcomes. You will actively engage with diverse stakeholders to understand business needs and ensure the successful integration of new solutions. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to rally team members to deliver tasks efficiently and within agreed timeframes.
