The People & Culture Business Partner Director serves as a strategic advisor to the Sales function, delivering proactive HR leadership that drives business performance and supports people development. This role also oversees the Non-Commercial and Marketing & Indochina BP teams to align talent solutions, workforce planning, and engagement strategies with organizational objectives. Key focus areas include developing and executing people strategies during business transformation, leading change management, and building a performance-driven culture. The position champions diversity and inclusion while ensuring HR systems remain efficient, compliant, and scalable. The Director leads a team of two P&C Business Partners, coaches senior leaders on organizational design and leadership development, and represents the P&C function in governance forums to support Suntory's growth goals.
