The position requires engaging with clients through discussions, presentations, and workshops to validate technology solutions and perform work product walkthroughs. You will also develop trusted client relationships, ensure quality assurance and timely delivery, and actively coach project teams to maintain operational excellence. Additionally, you will meet clients regularly to define problem statements, analyze key priorities, and develop responses to client enquiries.
