This role focuses on planning, designing, and managing the Core Transport DWDM/ASON network infrastructure to support Mobile, Broadband, and Corporate Data services. You will define technical standards and guidelines to ensure nationwide coverage that aligns with company objectives and meets the high-bandwidth needs of enterprise customers. The position requires overseeing end-to-end project budgets, managing vendor and supplier performance, and governing Managed Service Providers to ensure optimal technical and commercial outcomes. You will provide technical advisory during procurement processes and contract development. The role involves leading cross-functional teams to manage vendor performance and governance, while also setting priorities and allocating resources for budget planning. You will act as an expert in technical contract and procurement matters, ensuring that all technical specifications and acceptance criteria are met.
