About the position

You will serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives, including CFOs and COOs, within the Finance & Enterprise Performance team. You will support large-scale financial transformations by leveraging cutting-edge technology and implementing as-a-service solutions. The role involves working with Asian conglomerates and multinational companies to embed sustainable value through organizational restructuring and process optimization.

You will actively identify opportunities for operational efficiencies and innovative approaches to project scope. Your daily responsibilities include conducting data analysis, creating reports, and maintaining the accuracy of work products. You will participate in team problem-solving efforts and assist in proposal development. Additionally, you will support financial administration tasks such as budgeting, billing, and collections. The role requires a commitment to professional development through training, mentoring, and client interaction.

Responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities for operational efficiencies and innovative work approaches
  • Participate in team problem-solving efforts and offer solutions for client issues
  • Conduct relevant research, data analysis, and create comprehensive reports
  • Ensure the completion and accuracy of all work products
  • Assess and restructure operating models, organizational structures, and business processes
  • Assist in the development of client proposals
  • Actively expand consulting skills through training, mentoring, and client interaction
  • Support financial administration tasks including budgets, billing, and collections

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification in business, technology, or finance
  • Certified Chartered Accountant is a plus
  • Minimum 4 years of professional experience in business advisory, consulting, or finance change management
  • Strong functional knowledge of finance systems, processes, financial consolidation, or planning
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience working in consulting teams to deliver bespoke solutions using agile development
  • Exceptional interpersonal, team building, and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to write clearly and succinctly for a wide audience
  • Ability to build consensus and foster change in ambiguous settings
  • Willingness to travel both locally and abroad for project assignments
