About the position
You will collaborate with senior business partners on impactful projects and assist in developing business cases aligned with Agoda's strategic priorities. You will own specific components of the company's financial forecasts and contribute to key analysis and reporting packs. You will be part of a diverse international team of finance professionals and help provide the necessary information for effective decision-making.
You will be responsible for driving financial insights and supporting high-level business strategy through rigorous analysis and modeling. The role requires a proactive approach to identifying trends and opportunities within the commercial landscape. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure financial data supports agile business operations.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior business partners on impactful projects
- Develop business cases related to strategic priorities
- Own parts of the company's forecasts
- Contribute to key analysis and reporting packs
- Provide necessary information for effective decision-making
Requirements
- 6-8 years of relevant experience in Finance, preferably within Commercial Finance, Finance Business Partnering, or Financial Planning and Analysis functions
- Proven experience in performing variance analysis, financial modeling, and forecasting
- Excellent skills in Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey messages clearly and concisely to business stakeholders
- Ability to quickly adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher from a top university in business-related or quantitative subjects
Nice to have
- Finance/Corporate Finance/Accounting qualification (e.g., CFA, ACA, or CIMA)
- Experience working in a digital company
- Demonstrable experience in AI automation
- Proficiency with SQL and Tableau or willingness to learn
