Maintenance Equipment Manager Supervisor

This role involves managing and coordinating field service activities for internal and external stakeholders within a specific responsibility area. You will oversee the performance and development of MEM vendors to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and customer expectations. The position requires close collaboration with the sales team and vendor partners using the GEMBA process to monitor performance and implement necessary action plans. You will also be responsible for inventory management in field services, ensuring accuracy against SAP systems and coordinating closely with the Distribution Center team to prepare equipment and spare parts. Additionally, you must ensure reasonable spare part usage and strict adherence to safety and quality regulations while reporting to the Senior MEM Execution Manager and the MEM Safety Manager.

• Manage and coordinate field service activities for internal and external stakeholders
• Develop and control MEM vendors to meet organizational objectives and customer expectations
• Track vendor performance and collaborate on action plans to achieve targets
• Engage with the sales team and vendors to check performance using the GEMBA process
• Control inventory management in field services and ensure accuracy against SAP
• Coordinate with the MEM Distribution Center team to prepare equipment and spare parts
• Ensure reasonable spare part usage and implement cost control measures
• Ensure all activities comply with MEM SOPs, safety, and quality regulations
• Report to the Senior MEM Execution Manager and dot line to the MEM Safety Manager

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in service maintenance
• Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities
• Team-oriented mindset with a focus on service
• Good command of the English language
• Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, and Power Point
