Senior Software Engineer

You will lead the development and maintenance of B2B backend services, focusing on high-quality system architecture and performance. • Define technical designs and solutions that meet functional and non-functional requirements, including quality, security, and performance, within committed timelines.
• Manage the end-to-end software development lifecycle, including code development and component testing to ensure alignment with functional specifications.
• Propose solutions to complex problems that align with existing system architecture and best practices.
• Provide accurate estimates for design, development, and testing tasks.
• Collaborate in cross-functional teams to deliver product features, optimizations, and bug fixes alongside Product Owners, Project Managers, Data Engineers, and DevOps engineers.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
• 4+ years of software engineering experience developing client/server applications.
• Proficiency in Java, Golang, Python, or similar programming languages.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, BigQuery, SQL, and database optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with Git, Jira, CI/CD pipelines, TDD, unit testing, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure.
• Comfortable working with Linux, command-line tools, and shell scripting.
• Understanding of Agile/SCRUM methodologies and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience conducting code reviews and troubleshooting technical issues.
• Strong knowledge of algorithms, data structures, software design, and architecture patterns.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and create clear documentation.
• Ability to work with both legacy and open-source codebases with a collaborative, improvement-focused mindset.
• Eagerness to learn business domains and understand organizational needs.
