Marketplace Manager, Deliveries - Grab

You will lead critical projects focused on managing driver supply for Grab's delivery services. By leveraging data analysis and strategic planning, you will identify operational gaps and design comprehensive solutions to address them. Your role involves overseeing the rollout of new products and optimizing existing ones to ensure platform success. You will collaborate closely with local and regional teams to align initiatives with broader business goals.

Your daily work will include experimenting with initiatives to optimize performance for GrabFood and GrabExpress verticals. You will analyze the results of your projects and communicate key findings to a wide range of stakeholders. The role requires the ability to connect insights from data with on-the-ground realities to make informed decisions. You will report to the Deliveries Marketplace Manager and work onsite in the Bangkok office.

• Design and execute initiatives to optimize platform performance for GrabFood and GrabExpress.
• Analyze project performance and communicate key results to diverse stakeholders.
• Connect data insights with on-the-ground business realities to identify and solve problems.
• Collaborate with local and regional teams to support delivery-partner goals.
• Improve product rollouts to ensure they align with market conditions.
• Support vertical teams in launching new business initiatives.

• 4+ years of experience in management consulting or a tech company, with a focus on data analysis and project management.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a relevant field.
• Proven experience gathering, reviewing, and analyzing data to draw actionable conclusions.
• Strong ability to evaluate different options and pay close attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel for complex functions and experience with SQL.
• Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate clearly in both Thai and English.
