Business Development Analyst - SCG

This role involves analyzing and evaluating business and investment opportunities to support strategic decision-making within the organization. The position requires conducting business valuations, financial return analysis, and studying M&A opportunities. You will also prepare financial feasibility studies for internal investment projects to enhance decision-making efficiency. The role demands a deep understanding of target business operations, industry trends, competitive landscapes, supply chains, and relevant regulations across different countries. Effective coordination with internal departments and external parties is essential to achieve project goals.

You will be responsible for assessing business value, financial returns, and business strategies for assigned units. The position requires studying and analyzing M&A opportunities by considering alignment with corporate strategy, opportunities, risks, and integration benefits. You will prepare Financial Feasibility Studies for internal investment projects to support and improve the organization's investment decisions. Additionally, you will study and understand target business operations, industry trends, competitive conditions, supply chains, and relevant regulations in each country.

• Evaluate business valuations, financial returns, and business strategies for assigned units
• Study and analyze M&A opportunities considering corporate strategy alignment, risks, and synergies
• Prepare Financial Feasibility Studies for internal investment projects
• Study and understand target business operations, industry trends, and competitive landscapes
• Coordinate with internal departments and external parties to achieve project goals

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Finance, or Accounting (minimum GPA 2.70)
• 1-3 years of experience in financial forecasting, financial return analysis, or M&A
• Proficiency in Financial Modeling & Analysis, Financial Accounting, and macroeconomics
• Strong English communication skills (TOEIC 550+)
• Ability to work at SCG Headquarters in Bang Sue, Bangkok

• Chinese language proficiency is a plus
