Associate, True Sphere - True Corporation

This role focuses on promoting store efficiency and ensuring high-quality service to meet defined targets. You will provide friendly and effective support for various services, including payments, usage inquiries, and account setup or promotion changes. The position involves basic food and beverage service within True Sphere, a first-class service environment, while managing sales alongside team members to achieve assigned sales goals.

You will serve food and beverages to customers using True Sphere efficiently and provide information about True Sphere, True Block Card services, and special activities. The role requires working collaboratively to promote team service and staying updated on company products. You will manage daily operations smoothly, handling finances, inventory, environment, and systems according to company guidelines while preventing fraud to protect company interests. You will also recommend products, provide advice, and promote sales of True products and basic solutions.

You will perform effective management of finances, inventory, and systems. You will handle customer complaints and resolve issues, providing after-sales service information as needed to ensure customer satisfaction. You will coordinate with relevant departments to maximize customer satisfaction and resolve problems within an appropriate timeframe.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Personality and passion for customer service
• Ability to work in shifts (5 days/week)
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
• Experience working with data systems and operating systems
• Experience and ability to provide customer service
• Good personality, polite, and negotiation skills
• Appropriate demeanor and positive attitude towards work and service
• Good English communication skills
• Knowledge of food and beverage service
