This role focuses on driving the lending business within the Grab ecosystem, specifically targeting financial inclusion for Thailand's micro-economy. You will oversee the end-to-end execution of innovative lending projects, requiring a strong analytical mindset and the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships across various internal departments and external banking partners. The position is based onsite in Bangkok and involves collaborating closely with the Head of Product and Operations to achieve monthly targets. Your daily work will involve running data analyses to identify gaps in lending processes and developing comprehensive process documentation and presentation decks for regional stakeholders. You will support the team with data validation and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure system improvements and new product launches are executed smoothly.
