This role focuses on optimizing distributor operations and driving efficiency within the supply chain. You will collaborate closely with Area Sales Managers, distributors, and Retail Trade Management teams to implement standardized operational processes. The position involves leading health check initiatives to ensure distributors meet operational benchmarks and profitability targets. You will also be responsible for managing back-end master data and supporting the monthly deployment of sales targets across the Southeast Asia and Africa & Middle East regions. You will play a key role in enhancing distributor efficiency by analyzing delivery processes and implementing cashless payment systems. The role requires leading projects that improve truck utilization and dynamic routing to reduce costs. Additionally, you will support the onboarding of new distributors to ensure a smooth transition and rapid market entry. Your work will directly contribute to the company's mission of operational excellence and sustainable growth.
