The role involves owning metric-driven growth across acquisition, activation, conversion, retention, revenue, and referral. Responsibilities include defining product strategy and roadmaps aligned to company OKRs, evaluating initiatives for financial impact, and maintaining a clear prioritization system. The position requires cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, data, clinical/ops, sales, marketing, and customer success to ensure product decisions support company objectives and real customer needs. The role also entails overseeing releases to ensure alignment between product and go-to-market teams.
