T&T Consultant - Technology Strategy & Transformation - TH

The role sits within Deloitte’s Enterprise Technology & Performance service line in Bangkok. The consultant provides technology strategy and transformation advisory support, manages assessment and requirements-gathering activities, reviews functional specifications, supports solution prototyping and architecture redesign, and helps validate client deliverables through discussions, presentations, workshops, and walkthroughs.

The position also involves client engagement, proposal and point-of-view development, quality assurance, timely delivery, project-team coaching, and operational excellence. Candidates need at least four years of IT management consulting and IT implementation experience, familiarity with the overall SDLC, strong analytical and English communication skills, and sound business acumen, teamwork, and leadership qualities. Cloud implementation expertise with AWS, GCP, or Azure is relevant, with cloud architect certification noted as a bonus.

• Provide end-to-end technology advisory, industry insights, and technology-enabled solution formulation
• Manage assessment, requirements gathering, and review of functional specifications against business requirements
• Support solution prototyping and architecture redesign
• Validate solutions and work products through client discussions, presentations, workshops, and walkthroughs
• Coach project teams and support quality, timely delivery, proposals, and client point-of-view development

• Good honors degree, preferably postgraduate, in IT, BIS, business, engineering, mathematics, or a related discipline
• At least 4 years of IT management consulting and IT implementation experience
• Involvement across the overall SDLC, including requirements, design, testing, deployment, data migration, and project management
• Strong analytical and English oral and written communication skills
• Sound business acumen, teamwork, leadership qualities, and ability to travel locally and internationally
