T&T Manager - Operations, Industry & Domain Solutions - ER&I - Japanese Client Services - SEA

Deloitte Southeast Asia is hiring a Manager for its Japanese Client Services team within Engineering, AI & Data, focused on the Resources, Energy & Industrials sector. The role leads consulting projects for Japanese clients investing in Southeast Asia, covering business and market entry strategy, M&A and alliances, digital transformation, IoT/AI in manufacturing, data management, RPA/machine learning, and ERP/CRM implementations such as SAP, Salesforce, and Microsoft. The Manager leads mixed local and JCS teams, drives proposal and business development, and supports clients on digitalization, operational efficiency, and value-added enhancement.

Candidates must have consulting experience with expertise in strategy, marketing/DX, or technology, plus native-level Japanese and business-level English (or vice versa), interest in energy, materials, or industrial machinery, a track record of winning projects through proposals, project leadership experience, and Southeast Asia consulting experience.

Lead consulting projects for Japanese clients across Southeast Asia in the Resources, Energy & Industrials sector

Manage mixed teams of local and Japanese Client Services members as project manager

Support business and client development using personal expertise

Contribute to securing projects through proposal activities

Advise on business strategy, market entry, M&A, alliances, digital transformation, IoT/AI, data management, RPA/ML, and SAP/Salesforce/Microsoft implementations

Practical experience at a consulting firm with expertise in strategy, marketing/DX, or technology

Native-level Japanese and business-level English, or native-level English and business-level Japanese

Strong interest in energy, materials, or industrial machinery industries

Proven track record of contributing to securing projects through proposal activities

Experience leading projects and Southeast Asia related consulting experience
