SR&T Manager - Strategy & Business Design - FSI - Japanese Client Services - SEA

Deloitte is seeking a Manager in Strategy & Transactions to lead strategy and business design consulting projects for Japanese financial institutions in Southeast Asia. The work covers business strategy, new-market entry, new business planning, innovation, and M&A and partnering strategies, including research, customer data analysis, product concepts, business models, and execution support.

The role requires leadership of mixed local and JCS teams, project management, proposal support, and client development. Applicants should have consulting experience in financial services, project leadership and proposal experience, relevant industry expertise, Southeast Asia consulting exposure, and native-level Japanese with business-level English or native-level English with business-level Japanese.

Lead strategy consulting projects for Japanese financial institutions in Southeast Asia.

Manage mixed teams of local and JCS members.

Support project and client development and contribute to proposal activities.

Guide strategy formulation and implementation, including new-market entry, business planning, innovation, and M&A or partnering work.

Develop high-performing teams and align stakeholders around priorities, decisions, and outcomes.

Experience working at a consulting firm on the listed strategy topics.

Experience serving banking, securities, or insurance clients.

Proven track record contributing to project acquisition through proposals.

Experience leading consulting projects.

Native-level Japanese and business-level English, or native-level English and business-level Japanese; Southeast Asia consulting experience and in-depth industry consulting experience.
