Finance Operation, Specialist

This role is based in Bangkok, Thailand at AIA Thailand and focuses on general accounting activities to ensure the integrity, accuracy and completeness of accounting records in compliance with accepted accounting standards, AIA group reporting policy, and statutory and regulatory requirements.

Key duties include preparing, maintaining and reconciling ledger accounts and financial statements, recording and analysing accounting transactions, supporting forecasting and budgeting, analysing statutory accounts and reports, and assisting with accounting projects. Candidates must complete a criminal background check prior to joining in line with AIA Thailand's recruitment policy.

Perform general accounting activities including the preparation, maintenance and reconciliation of ledger accounts and financial statements

Prepare, record, analyse and report accounting transactions

Provide forecast, budgeting and analysing variations from budget to relevant functions

Analyse and prepare statutory accounts, financial statements and reports

Conduct or assist in the documentation of accounting projects
