AI Project (SPX Express) - Business Intelligence and Data Analytics

Shopee is hiring an AI Operations & Execution Specialist for SPX Express in Bangkok, embedded within logistics operations to deploy and integrate the AI Roadmap. The role builds, wires, and maintains multi-agent AI systems, partners with operations teams to define problems, measure impact and drive adoption, and maintains traceability of AI-assisted decisions. The specialist sets guardrails for automated recommendations and communicates progress and risks to leadership.

Requirements include a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems or a related quantitative field, with 1–5 years in operations analytics, logistics, supply chain or data/product roles. Candidates need advanced SQL and Python, experience with modern Agentic/LLM frameworks, dashboards and structured data, and exposure to ML or automation projects.

Deliver AI-driven improvements to daily operations planning and execution

Partner with operations teams to define problems, measure impact and drive adoption

Maintain traceability of AI-assisted decisions, including logs and rationale

Set and review guardrails and thresholds for automated recommendations

Contribute to roadmap planning and expansion of AI capabilities across the network

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or related quantitative field

1–5 years in operations analytics, logistics, supply chain, or data/product roles

Advanced SQL and Python; able to review pipeline and model code

Hands-on experience with modern Agentic/LLM frameworks

Exposure to ML or automation projects
