A&A: Manager (Sustainability & Specialized Assurance)

Deloitte's Assurance service line in Bangkok is hiring a Manager for its Sustainability & Specialized Assurance practice. The role leads sustainability and climate-related reporting engagements, advises clients on ESG strategy and materiality assessments, manages multiple client projects, coaches junior staff, and supports business development through proposals and client relationship management.

Candidates need a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline and 7-10 years of experience in sustainability, ESG advisory, sustainability reporting, or consulting. Strong knowledge of IFRS S1 & S2, GRI Standards, and S&P Global CSA is required, along with proven project management, leadership, and bilingual Thai/English communication skills.

Lead sustainability and climate-related reporting engagements, including development and review of sustainability reports under IFRS S1 & S2, GRI, and S&P Global CSA

Conduct sustainability reporting gap assessments and benchmarking analyses against peers and international standards

Advise clients on sustainability strategy, ESG integration, materiality assessments, and implementation roadmaps

Manage multiple client engagements, ensuring quality deliverables, resource allocation, and timely execution

Support business development through proposals, client presentations, and relationship management

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related disciplines

7-10 years of relevant experience in sustainability, ESG advisory, sustainability reporting, or consulting

Strong knowledge of IFRS S1 & S2, GRI Standards, S&P Global CSA, and related ESG disclosure requirements

Proven project management skills with ability to manage multiple engagements, stakeholders, and deadlines

Excellent communication, presentation, and report-writing skills in both Thai and English
