Quality Assurance Engineer (Middle Level)

Amity Solutions is hiring a QA Engineer (Middle Level) to oversee project quality assurance, testing functions of products such as chatbots, social, chat, and video apps. The role sits within the Professional Services Team, collaborating with project managers, business analysts, and developers to ensure deliverables meet customer expectations.

Responsibilities include creating test cases and scenarios, executing quality testing, building QA standards, reporting defects, and tracking project quality. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience testing APIs, web, mobile, or console applications, with skills in writing test cases, regression testing, and familiarity with Waterfall, Agile, and Scrum methodologies. Thai and English communication skills are required.

Create test cases, test scripts, test scenarios, and quality metrics to track and test projects delivered to customers

Execute quality testing and activities of the projects

Create quality assurance standards and business processes

Create reports documenting errors and issues for fixing, and work with developers to fix defects

Report status of regression and project quality to stakeholders

At least 3-5 years of experience testing APIs, web, mobile applications, or console applications

Experience writing test cases

Good communication skills in Thai and English, both written and verbal

Experience in regression testing and releases

Familiarity with Waterfall and Agile methodologies and Scrum is a plus; experience with SDKs, Chatbot, and understanding how to test functions is a plus
