Mutual Fund/REITs & Property Registrar & Allotment

This role sits within the Operations function at KKP Fund Management (บริษัทหลักทรัพย์จัดการกองทุน เกียรตินาคินภัทร จำกัด) in Bangkok. The position is responsible for reconciling cash, subscription and redemption transactions, processing unit allocation and corporate actions, calculating selling agent fees, maintaining client profiles, and preparing reports for unit holders, the SEC, the Revenue Department and related entities.

Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance or a related field and have 0-3 years of back-office or operations experience in a financial institution. Required skills include Microsoft Office proficiency, the ability to multi-task under pressure, coordination with internal and external parties, and good spoken and written English.

Cash and transaction reconciliation and payment to unit holder

Subscription, Redemption, unit allocation and corporate action process

To ensure on-time and correctness of calculation selling agent fee

Client Profile maintenance

To prepare report for unit holder and related entity

Bachelor degree in Economics, Finance or related field

0-3 years' experience in the back office and operation area in financial institution

Microsoft Office skill

Ability to multi-task and work under pressure

Good command of spoken and written English
