Telesales (Temporary)

This temporary Telesales role is based in Bangkok at KKP (Kiatnakin Phatra Bank). The position involves contacting customers by phone to recommend motor insurance products, following the company's product terms and sales targets.

Candidates need a high school diploma, vocational certificate, or bachelor's degree in any field, plus a non-life insurance broker license. Experience in sales, telesales, or insurance is preferred. Good communication, negotiation, service-minded attitude, and familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) are required.

Call customers to present and recommend products and plans that match their needs

Record and update customer information and contact outcomes in the system

Work toward the company's sales targets

Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Education at M.6 / vocational certificate / diploma / bachelor's degree in any field

Possession of a non-life insurance broker license

Experience in sales, telesales, or insurance is preferred

Good communication and negotiation skills

Service-minded attitude with good interpersonal skills and ability to use Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
