Senior Product Designer – Trip Marketing (Bangkok – Based, Relocation Provided)

Agoda is hiring a Senior Product Designer for the Trip Marketing team, based in Bangkok with relocation provided. The role leads the design of cross-sell and recommendation experiences across user touchpoints, partnering with engineers, user researchers, and product managers. The designer will set UX strategy, drive complex initiatives, and own the design process from discovery to delivery in a hybrid setup (3 days office, 2 days WFH).

Candidates need 6+ years of full-time product design experience, strong UI craft, and a portfolio demonstrating user-centered web and mobile design. Experience with research, stakeholder management within agile teams, and articulating design rationale is required.

Lead the design of cross-sell and recommendation experiences across all user touchpoints

Set UX strategy and drive complex design initiatives for trip marketing

Run discovery phases and help define product requirements

Test prototypes and hypotheses with users to collect feedback

Present work to peers and leadership; participate in design critiques and squad meetings

6+ years of full-time product design experience for digital or web-based products

Deep UI design knowledge with strong attention to craft and pixel-perfect execution

Proficient in quantitative and qualitative research, including user interviews

Experience managing multiple stakeholders within an agile development process

Strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking and user-centered web and mobile product design
