Product Designer L1/L2 - Accommodation

The Product Designer L1/L2 will join the Front-End Accommodation team to design the hotel-booking journey, including search, discovery, shortlisting, comparison, and room selection. The role involves creating intuitive and high-quality user interfaces, partnering with Product Managers, and working within cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end product experiences. Candidates must have 3-5 years of full-time experience in product design for digital products and a strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking and user-centered solutions.

Design end-to-end product experiences from early exploration to high-fidelity designs.

Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and Designers to align on scope and delivery.

Test ideas, prototypes, and hypotheses with users to gather feedback and iterate.

Present work to peers and stakeholders both asynchronously and in person.

Own design execution for a defined product area from discovery through delivery.

3-5 years of full-time experience as a product designer for digital or web-based products.

Solid understanding of UX fundamentals, including user flows, interaction design, and accessibility.

Design intuitive, delightful, and high-quality user interfaces with attention to detail.

Comfortable working in cross-functional teams with Product Managers and Engineers.

Clear communication skills to explain design decisions and trade-offs.

Strong portfolio showcasing design thinking, process, and user-centered solutions.
