Special Projects – AI & Automation (Strategy & Operations Transformation) - SPX Express

This role leads AI-driven transformation across Shopee Express (SPX) operations in Bangkok. The Special Projects professional will identify and prioritize AI and automation opportunities, lead end-to-end transformation projects from business case to nationwide scaling, and apply AI, predictive analytics, and automation to improve manpower planning, parcel forecasting, route optimization, and sorting productivity.

The position partners with Operations, Technology, Product, Data Analytics, and Regional teams to translate business requirements into practical AI-powered solutions, while establishing KPIs and measuring ROI. Candidates need 3–7 years in strategy, project management, or transformation roles, strong analytical and stakeholder management skills, and familiarity with AI, machine learning, or data analytics tools.

Identify and prioritize AI and automation opportunities across SPX operations, translating operational challenges into business solutions.

Lead end-to-end AI transformation projects, from business case development and solution design to pilot testing, implementation, and nationwide scaling.

Leverage AI, predictive analytics, and automation to improve manpower planning, parcel forecasting, route optimization, sorting productivity, and cost efficiency.

Partner with Operations, Technology, Product, Data Analytics, and Regional teams to translate business requirements into AI-powered solutions.

Establish project KPIs, evaluate ROI, measure operational improvements, and refine AI solutions for measurable outcomes.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related fields.

3–7 years of experience in Strategy, Project Management, Business Transformation, Operations Excellence, Consulting, or related functions.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex business challenges into actionable solutions.

Experience in AI-related projects, automation, advanced analytics, or digital transformation is highly preferred.

Familiarity with AI applications, machine learning concepts, or data analytics tools; experience in logistics, e-commerce, technology, or consulting is a plus.
