Senior Accounting Analyst (Bangkok Based, No Visa Support)

Based in Agoda's Bangkok office, this Senior Accounting Analyst role supports core operational entities focused on accommodation and flight reservations within the online travel agency business. Responsibilities include maintaining accounting records and the fixed assets register, controlling invoices and receipts, coordinating intercompany month-end closing, liaising with external auditors, and preparing financial closing, reporting packages, account reconciliations, and detailed reports supporting the Quarterly Balance Sheet review with the CFO.

The role requires 3-5 years of accounting experience, a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, and local accounting standards, statutory reporting experience, proficiency with ERP software (Oracle preferred), strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, and strong analytical and communication abilities. No visa support is offered.

Maintain accounting records including journal entries

Maintain and control over fixed assets register

Issue and control over invoices, tax invoices, receipts

Coordinate with intercompany related to month-end closing and confirmation

Correspond with external auditors for statutory financial report

3-5 years' experience in accounting field

Graduated Bachelor in Accountancy

Accounting standard knowledge (e.g. IFRS, US GAAP, and Local Accounting Standard)

Preparation of Statutory reports

Proficient ERP Software (Oracle is preferable)
