Associate Director - Marketing Monetization & Performance Analytics

CP Axtra (Makro Pro) is hiring an Associate Director for Marketing Monetization & Performance Analytics in Bangkok. The role develops and executes media and data monetization strategies, negotiates partnerships with data vendors and media partners, and identifies opportunities for marketing product commercialization as additional income that increases sales.

The director defines and tracks KPIs for marketing performance, customer acquisition, retention, and ROI; leads in-depth analysis of campaigns, customer segments, and user behavior; and ensures data accuracy, integrity, and security in compliance with regulations. Candidates need a relevant bachelor's degree (master's preferred), 7-10 years of leadership experience, and proficiency in analytics tools such as SQL, Python, R, Tableau, or Power BI.

Develop and execute media and data monetization strategies to maximize revenue and profitability

Evaluate and negotiate partnerships with data vendors and media partners

Define and track KPIs for marketing performance, customer acquisition, retention, and ROI

Lead in-depth analysis of marketing campaigns, customer segments, and user behavior

Lead marketing product commercialization and identify new customers and business opportunities

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, or related field; Master's preferred

7-10 years of leadership experience in media/data monetization or marketing performance analytics

Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, Tableau, or Power BI preferred

Strong understanding of media monetization strategies and marketing performance optimization

Exceptional leadership, team management, and communication skills
