Junior Key Account Management (1 year contract) - CP Axtra

CP Axtra (Makro Pro) is hiring a Junior Key Account Management on a one-year contract in Bangkok. The role focuses on co-creating and executing business development strategies for an assigned product category, developing online merchandising and promotion proposals to meet sales targets, and retaining and optimizing key account relationships to drive sales volumes.

Candidates should have experience in Category Management, Key Account, and Business Development in businesses with digital solutions, strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, and a sales-oriented attitude toward exceeding KPIs. Local Thai speakers are required.

Co-create and execute the business development/growth strategy for an assigned product category with trackable performance evaluation

Develop online merchandising and promotion proposals to achieve sales targets

Retain and optimize key account relationships to drive overall sales volumes

Conduct analysis and surveys to understand account/brand and customer requirements and behavior

Identify, establish and grow strategic partnerships and work with operations to optimize work processes

Experience in Category Management, Key Account, and Business Development in businesses with digital solutions

Proactive, logical thinking and strong problem-solving skills

Good communication and negotiation skills

Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with diverse businesses and stakeholders

Exceeding KPIs with a sales-oriented attitude; local Thai speaker
