Integrated Care Coordination, Senior Specialist

The role provides technical medical expertise to support underwriting decisions, customer enquiries, claims resolution, and healthcare services for policyholders at AIA Thailand. Responsibilities include offering medical guidance and training to product development, underwriting and claims teams, developing and implementing AIA's healthcare programmes, and coordinating with medical and wellness suppliers. Additional duties involve managing rehabilitation cases, exploring workflow improvements, and supporting long-term business growth.

The position is based in Bangkok, Thailand, and requires a background check prior to joining in line with AIA's recruitment policy and PDPA requirements.

Provide professional guidance, medical advice and relevant training to product development, underwriting and claims colleagues

Develop and implement AIA's healthcare programmes

Work with medical and wellness suppliers to support AIA healthcare programmes

May manage rehabilitation cases by assessing claimant's needs, developing rehabilitation plans, and arranging relevant services
