Credit Solutions & System

This role involves developing financial applications and tools to support credit management and business requirements. The position requires analyzing existing systems and workflows to identify opportunities for process improvement. The candidate will develop and enhance Data, AI/ML, and Data Visualization solutions for credit analysis and strategic decision-making. Responsibilities include collaborating with business and IT teams to gather requirements, preparing system specifications, participating in testing, and monitoring project progress. The role also involves coordinating projects with multiple stakeholders and providing ongoing system support to ensure reliable operations.

Develop financial applications, tools, and solutions to support credit management and business requirements.

Analyze existing systems, workflows, and operational issues to identify opportunities for process improvement.

Develop and enhance Data, AI/ML, and Data Visualization solutions for credit analysis and strategic decision-making.

Collaborate with business teams, IT teams, and relevant stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.

Prepare system requirements, participate in system testing, and monitor project progress to ensure successful and timely implementation.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Statistics, MIS, Economics, Business Administration, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, MBA, or related fields.

1–3 years of experience in credit, finance, system development, process improvement, data & visualization, or related areas.

Knowledge of Data Management, Data Governance, Data Analytics, and Data Visualization.

Knowledge of relevant systems and tools such as BI, SAP, SQL, and Python.

Knowledge of AI/ML, RPA, Automation, System Analysis & Design, workflow improvement, and project management/coordination.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, project coordination, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
